The following two procedures are available for logging in to the HULFT Technical Support site.

Log in from the HULFT Technical Support site
- Access the top page of the HULFT Technical Support site at the following URL.
- Enter the "Product Serial Number (Mandatory field)" (※1) and "SP Code" (※2) in the "User Login" item in the center-left of the screen, and click the "Login" button.
For some product serials, it is possible to log in without entering the SP code, but there will be limitations on the functions used.
Log in from myHULFT
- Log in to myHULFT
- From "Contact Us" -> "Technical Inquiry," click on "To FAQ" and log in to the HULFT Technical Support site using a single sign-on (※3)

You will need to enter the serial number with which you have signed a technical support service agreement.
You can check the status of the support agreement for the serial number in the "License Registration" section of our customer page, "myHULFT."

If you are unsure of your SP code, please check the "Delivery: Your Authentication ID" email that we sent you when you purchased the product or signed or renewed the technical support contract.

To log in with the Single Sign-On, you need to register the serial number with which you have signed the technical support service agreement from the "License Registration" screen in advance.
