After I installed it on the Windows Server 2008 x64 environment, the following error occurs and the service does not start. Please explain a way to resolve this problem.
 
Error message:
 Could not start the DataSpider Servista service on local computer
 Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.

■Past Cases
In the past case, we have confirmed that when using the DSS41_WIN_X64.exe installer to install on a Windows Server 2008 x 64 environment, the service startup fails with the following error:

■Probable cause
In the past case, if the platform you are using does not match the installer that is used to install, the above error occurred.
 
"10.1.1. Filename and Supported Platform for Each Installer" in the Installation Guide "DSS41_InstallGuide_ja.pdf" describes the platform and the supported installers.
 
■Workaround
　If installing on a Windows Server 2008 x 64 environment, please use the dedicated installer below.
