What kind of support service is "Screen Sharing Support," and how can it be used?

[What is Screen Sharing Support?]
Screen Sharing Support Service is a support service where you can share your screen with us, and our technical support staff will explain the operation of the product while viewing the same screen as the customer. 
Cisco Webex Meeting, a cloud-based conferencing service, will be used as a screen sharing support tool. Installation is not required in advance, but may be performed when accessing the specified URL. For details, please refer to the attached file.
 
[How to use]
If you are subscribed to either regular support or 24-hour support, you can easily use this service in the following two steps.
  1. Send an email to hultest@hulft.com and make an appointment for the Screen Sharing Support Service.
  2. When the appointment time comes, access the specified URL.
When you make an appointment, please mention "[Screen Sharing Support Service Appointment Company name and desired date and time]" in the subject line and your serial number in the body of the e-mail.
Please refer to the attached file for details on the email template that summarizes items to be communicated at the time of appointment and precautions to take when using this service.

[Target Customers]
ASEAN customers who have signed an annual technical support service agreement (including 24-hour support service) with us are eligible for this service.
 
[Start of Service Period and Service Hours]
Start of Service Period: January 4, 2022
Service Hours: 10:00-16:55 Indochina time (except 11:55-13:00)
 
[Recommended Usage Scenarios]
  • You have been asked to capture the product's configuration screens by phone or email support, but you don't know the corresponding screens or there are too many screens to capture
  • If you would like support with screen sharing on basic product usage
  • If the questions you want to ask about product settings are difficult to  explain verbally or in writing
