[DataSpider Servista] Error of return code "404" occurred in DataSpider Studio for Web.

When I try to use DataSpider Studio for Web, an error of return code "404" occurred. Please explain the cause and a way to resolve this problem.

■Specification
 
The error of return code "404" occurs when you try to use DataSpider Studio for Web in an environment that meets the following conditions.
  • You are using a version earlier than 3.2 SP2.
  • You have not added a license for DataSpider Studio for Web.
 
■Workaround
 
From 3.2 SP2, DataSpider Studio for Web has been changed to standard components. Please upgrade your environment to 3.2 SP2 or later.
 
Also, if you get the "404" error, even if you have purchased a Studio for Web license before 3.2 SP2, please contacts our customer service.
