From DataSpider Servista 3.0, it has been enhanced so that the resultant data can be downloaded in CSV file. For downloading to CSV file, try to upgrade the version to 3.0.
 
Refer to the help of version 3.0 for the details to download in CSV file.
 
Set as given below in HTTP Trigger settings.
  1. Specify [text/csv] in [Response Setting/Content-Type]
  2. Insert check in [Response Setting/Output as File]
  3. Specify the file name to be downloaded in [ResponseSettings/File Name]
