[DataSpider Servista] Is there any lock being set to the table to be monitored in DB Trigger?

Is there any lock being set to the table to be monitored in DB Trigger?
Category :

Answer

Explicitly the table to be monitored is not locked in the Adapter of DataSpider or DB Trigger.

Start the process after checking the table column in DB Trigger. Therefore, when SELECT statement and status value are changed at the time of monitoring the targeted table, UPDATE statement is issued.

The type of lock to be set when the SELECT statement and UPDATE statement are issued will depend on the specification and settings of the monitoring targeted database such as RDB transaction isolation level.
