Though the DataSpider client was installed with domain user account (Administrative rights), when you login to the same terminal as another user (Administrative rights), DataSpider was not displayed in the start menu of Windows. Explain counter measures for this problem.

■Specification Description
DataSpider is installed as an application of the user who has installed it. Hence the short cut for the start menu is also created for the installed user's directory.
Consequently, when you login as a different user, then DataSpider will not be displayed in the Windows start menu.
■Counter Measures
Copy the shortcut of the startup module of DataSpider in the directory of the "Start menu" of the relevant user or All Users.
The shortcut of the startup module of DataSpider is created in C:/Documents and Settings/$ { installed user name }/Start menu.
