For support regarding an issue and its resolution, we would need to have the product's operation guarantee.
 
Therefore, if the problem lies in DataSpider Servista, we would be able to provide you with an answer with its resolution; however, if the problem lies at the application's connection host then we would not be able to provide you with support.
 
Please contact the customer support of the application of the connection host.
 
In order to determine whether the error is produced from DataSpider Servista, you could do so by checking the message code and error message included in the error. For more details, please refer to FAQ No.24348.
