It is possible that the global resource value is not correctly set on the connecting host.

 

Please verify your global resource value settings.

 

When opening property on DataSpider Servista, the information needed to display the property is obtained by connecting to the connection host. For this reason, if for any reason there is a connection issue with the connecting host, some of the properties (Example: SQL script) will be grayed out.

 

In the past, “SQLscripts” have been grayed out under the following instance.

Extra space is mixed at the end of global resource name. Mistake between half-width characters and full-width characters exists.

IP address, host name, port number, etc. for the connection end's database is incorrect
