If you are registering DataSpiderServer to Windows service menu, it is required for you to select ”Register server to Windows service” upon installation and you cannot add this service later on. Please reinstall DataSpider Server to resolve the issue.  

 

Make sure to obtain backup prior to uninstalling in order to retain and carry over all the configurations that you have made, such as customized scripts, onto the reinstalled DataSpiderServer.
