■Assumed Causes
As the specification for Uninstaller, the file which cannot be deleted during uninstallation will maintain the information in OS registry and will be deleted after restarting.
When you execute uninstall with the DataSpiderServer being started, the process being operated will maintain the files, and hence it is not possible to delete. So, only after restarting, it will be targeted for deletion.
Before restarting the OS, if you delete the module of the old version manually and then install the new version, the module name will be same and the newly installed module might get deleted. Hence, it will be in the status as described in the Question.
■Counter Measures
Uninstall and install once again.
When you implement the operation once again, after stopping DataSpiderServer, execute uninstall procedure as described in the Upgrade Guide.
