You cannot specify the validity period(hours) in the File Trigger, but you can specify in the Schedule Trigger.
If you want to specify the validity period and monitor the existence of files, use the [Schedule Trigger] to specify the validity period, and start up the process that is initiated by the [File]-[File Operation]-[File Directory Existence Check]. End if the monitored directory/file does not exist. If the file does exist, create a process that will continue the subsequent process.
