Technical Support for the Beginning and End of the Year

Please tell me your operating hours for the beginning and end of the year, as well as Golden Week.

Other than the beginning and end of the year, for Holidays like Golden Week and Obon, we will continue service by our usual calendar.
We will not be providing service from December 29th to January 4th. Thank you for your understanding.
※Night time and Holiday/Weekend support will continue to be provided as usual.
