■Cause
Because of the mismatch between the environment language setting and the DataSpider Servista language setting, the display of the item is invalid.
In specific, this problem occurs when the language of DataSpider Servista is specified as Japanese and the language setting of the OS or the OS user is set to English.
■Workaround
Please set the language setting of the operating system or the user of the operating system to Japanese and refer to "About the language of the support platform" in the Installation Guide.
