In order for the icons (components) to be displayed, a license, a library, and an adapter module are required. For this reason, the icon (component) will not be displayed even if one of the above is not set.

- License
Please check if the currently used license contains an adapter that is not displaying from [Control Panel]-[DataSpiderServer Settings] in the license information tab.
If the adapter is not included, please refer to a workaround as follows:

Please use a license that includes the adapter.
- Installation of libraries or drivers
Please make sure that libraries or drivers are installed in a directory of the adapter that is not displaying.
Please refer to "Installation of Library" in the help of each adapter for the library or driver installation directory.
If the drivers or libraries are not installed, please resolve using the following workaround:

Please install the library or driver according to the help.
- Installation of Adapters
*Please check this only if you are using a version prior to version 3.0.
Please check whether an adapter that is not displaying is installed from [Control panel]-[Version information] in the [Adapter module] tab.
*If you do not know the corresponding module, please send this information in a text file to the support center.

The following conditions must be met for the adapter to be displayed on the Global Resources and the Designer:
- A license that includes the adapter is set
- If the library or the driver is required, it is successfully installed
- An adapter module must be installed
From the above, you must check these three points.
If there is no problem in the license, the driver, and the adapter module, but the adapter is still not displaying, there may be some problem when starting DataSpiderServer.
Please check the status and environment information of the startup and contact the support center.
- Settings that were changed before the error occurred
If you cannot confirm the information that you were able to confirm before, it may be triggered by some settings change.
Please check if any settings were changed before the error started to occur.
- Detailed log of When the DataSpiderServer Starts
Please output a detailed log of when the DataSpiderServer starts to see if there is a problem in the startup.
Please change the log output settings according to the following procedure and acquire the log:
■Procedure
- Stop the DataSpiderServer
Please stop the DataSpiderServer before changing the settings.
- Change the log output settings
Please specify the most detailed log output value ($ {DEBUG}) with the following configuration file and setting key to obtain detailed logs.
$DATASPIDER_HOME/server/conf/dslog.properties
- Setting key and setting value
dslog=${DEBUG}
- Start the DataSpiderServer
Please start the DataSpiderServer to reflect the changed settings.
- Obtain Logs
Please obtain the following log and send it to the support center.
$DATASPIDER_HOME/server/logs/server.log
$DATASPIDER_HOME/server/logs/server.log. <Half-width number>
