For Data Spider's support level, support cycle, and support level for each version,

please refer to the [Reference Information] of [Japanese Version Software Support Service].

Four support levels exist in the Dataspider Servista: full support, maintenance support,
assistance support, and migration support. For every release of minor version, the support level will continue to change.

We do not take any inquiry after the 18 months of migration support.
